When something does not feel right
Support with difficult emotions, anxiety, tiredness, decisions or situations that seem to repeat themselves.
Ana Lúcia Domingues · Psychologist
Online psychotherapy can offer a private, supportive place to understand what feels difficult, recognise recurring patterns and find new ways forward. Sessions are available to adults in English or Portuguese.

How I can help
There is not always a problem that is easy to name. Sometimes it is tiredness, a difficult relationship, a period of change, or the feeling of being caught in the same thoughts and behaviours.
Support with difficult emotions, anxiety, tiredness, decisions or situations that seem to repeat themselves.
A space to understand relationship difficulties, set boundaries and find healthier ways to communicate.
You do not need to be in crisis to seek therapy: you may want to recognise patterns, choices and needs.

About me
I am a psychologist with experience in Community Psychology, Child and Youth Protection and clinical practice.
This varied experience has taught me to see each person in the context of their story, not only through the difficulty that brings them to therapy. Our work is built together, with room to understand, question and try different ways of dealing with what feels difficult.
