Terms and Conditions.
Essential information about this website, first contact and the provision of online sessions.
Identification
This website presents the professional services of Ana Lúcia Domingues, psychologist with OPP Professional Licence no. 019584 and telemedicine establishment registered with the ERS under no. E183765, who may be contacted at ana.lsdomingues@gmail.com or on 919 925 236.
Nature of the service
Services consist of individual psychological support for adults, provided exclusively online and by appointment. Website information is general and does not constitute an assessment, diagnosis, personalised clinical advice or a therapeutic relationship.
Emergencies and crisis situations
This website, email and WhatsApp are not emergency services and are not continuously monitored. If you are in immediate danger, experiencing an acute crisis or there is a risk to life, call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department. In Portugal, you may contact SNS 24 on 808 24 24 24.
Booking and confirmation
Enquiries may be sent by WhatsApp, phone or email. A session is booked only after the date, time and practical conditions have been confirmed directly by Ana Lúcia.
Fees, payment and cancellations
Each session costs €45 and is planned for around 60 minutes, with a little extra time where the situation reasonably calls for it. Payment is made by MB Way or bank transfer. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Cancellations made on the day of the session are charged at 50% of the session fee (€22.50).
Online session conditions
Sessions take place through Google Meet or a WhatsApp video call. Clients should arrange a private space, a stable connection and suitable equipment. Sessions may not be recorded without the knowledge and express agreement of both parties. Technical problems will be handled reasonably and may justify rescheduling.
Confidentiality
Information shared in a professional context is subject to confidentiality and applicable ethical standards. Confidentiality has legal and ethical limits, including serious risk situations or a legal reporting duty.
Suitability and referral
A request may be declined or referred when online support is not appropriate, the situation falls outside professional competence or another type of support would better meet the identified needs.
